Belle2 Good runs

List of good runs (4S only)

Location of data

ProdID = 9863 9629 9630 9631 9632 9633 9634

Create list of runs for each production set. Note that 9863, 9629, 9630 contain all bad runs.

[rsobie@cw11 goodruns]$
gb2_ds_list /belle/Data/release-04-01-00/DB00000748/proc10/prod00009863/e0007/4S >9863.txt
gb2_ds_list /belle/Data/release-04-01-00/DB00000748/proc10/prod00009629/e0007/4S >9629.txt
gb2_ds_list /belle/Data/release-04-01-00/DB00000748/proc10/prod00009630/e0007/4S >9630.txt
gb2_ds_list /belle/Data/release-04-01-00/DB00000748/proc10/prod00009631/e0007/4S >9631.txt
gb2_ds_list /belle/Data/release-04-01-00/DB00000748/proc10/prod00009632/e0007/4S >9632.txt
gb2_ds_list /belle/Data/release-04-01-00/DB00000748/proc10/prod00009633/e0007/4S >9633.txt
gb2_ds_list /belle/Data/release-04-01-00/DB00000748/proc10/prod00009634/e0007/4S >9634.txt

Concatenate all the txt files into a single file

cat 9863.txt > exp7-allruns.txt
cat 9629.txt >> exp7-allruns.txt
cat 9630.txt >> exp7-allruns.txt
cat 9631.txt >> exp7-allruns.txt
cat 9632.txt >> exp7-allruns.txt
cat 9633.txt >> exp7-allruns.txt
cat 9634.txt >> exp7-allruns.txt

Remove the bad runs from the full-path file (272 good out of 575 runs)

wc -l exp7-allruns.txt
575 exp7-allruns.txt

source select.sh

wc -l exp7-allgoodruns.txt
272 exp7-allgoodruns.txt

Split up files with full-path lists into production sets (9631-9634)

grep 9631 exp7-allgoodruns.txt > exp7-9631.txt
grep 9632 exp7-allgoodruns.txt > exp7-9632.txt
grep 9633 exp7-allgoodruns.txt > exp7-9633.txt
grep 9634 exp7-allgoodruns.txt > exp7-9634.txt

Split up full-path lists into those at uvic and elsewhere (need to edit the script to change option)

For example,
source findUVICfiles.sh exp7-9631.txt

Result is 8 files (exp7-9631-uvic.txt; exp7-9631-other.txt; etc)
